Every shift is different, from welcoming sporting teams and community groups, to supporting events, programs and functions that bring our stadiums to life.As a Venue Support Officer, you’ll help deliver exceptional customer experiences by:Providing warm, inclusive, and responsive customer serviceManaging enquiries, bookings and payments with confidenceSupporting the smooth daily operation of both centresSetting up and packing down courts, rooms and event spacesActing as a welcoming host for programs, activities and functionsKeeping facilities safe, clean and ready for community useYou’ll work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts, and may work at both The Lights and Lefevre centres. At Lefevre, this may also include canteen operations, such as making coffee and handling cash.About You You’re people‑focused, approachable and adaptable. You’ll work across a 7‑day rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts, and may work at both The Lights and Lefevre centres. At Lefevre, this may also include canteen operations, such as making coffee and handling cash.
